The Dexter Russell Barr Brothers 16 inch Selecting Hook is made with an ergonomic, non-slip polypropylene handle and a stainless steel hook that has been hardened to a spring temper. Most commonly used for pulling meat from brine solutions, these hooks are also used by fish cutters to grab fish from their bins to bring them to the cutting table.
