Ateco Wunderbag 24-inch Reusable Pastry Bag

Production pastry work often means piping warm mixtures: choux paste straight from the pan, hot mashed potatoes for duchess potatoes, or warm ganache. The 24-inch Wunderbag is built for that. Its heavy cotton felt insulates the hand from the heat, and the polyurethane lining keeps the bag leakproof.

Twenty-four inches carries enough for several sheet pans of éclairs or a full hotel pan of potatoes, with room left above the filling to twist and grip. A reinforced tip holds up to large tubes and repeated trimming. The coated cotton is easier to clean than a canvas bag and grows softer with washing.
