Ateco Large Pyramid Mold, 4.75-inch Base

The largest pyramid in the set is a centerpiece size. With a 4.75-inch base and 3.25-inch height, it shapes a dessert to share, a sculpted cake topper or a showpiece portion of molded salad.

Because of its volume, it suits mixtures that set firm, such as mousse with gelatin, ganache or packed rice. Chill thoroughly before unmolding.

    Using a Ring or Mold

    Set the mold on the plate or a lined tray, fill it in layers and press each layer down lightly. For chilled desserts, let the mold set in the refrigerator, then warm the outside briefly with your hands or a torch and lift it straight up.
