Ateco 14-inch Polyurethane-Coated Pastry Bag

Piping swirls on a few dozen cupcakes or finishing desserts with whipped cream is comfortable work in a 14-inch bag. It holds enough to keep going and remains small enough to control with one hand.

The polyester body carries a triple coating of polyurethane, which keeps cream and buttercream from seeping through and stands up to repeated washing.

Fitting a Tube or Coupler

The tip is left closed so the bag can be cut to fit. For a small tube used without a coupler, trim just enough for the tube to protrude. For a coupler, trim so the coupler base fits snugly in the opening; Ateco’s 4-piece coupler set covers small, medium and large tubes. Cut a little at a time, since an opening cut too large cannot be reversed.
